Terms & Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions of staying below.
Prices
All prices include GST. Price is for accommodation only unless otherwise
indicated.
Children
We welcome children of all ages. We can provide by prior arrangement and free of charge, a highchair and a travel cot; we do ask that you provide your own linen for the cot.
Pets
Allowed at the discretion of the owner. We ask that you bring your pets bedding, DO NOT allow pets on the furniture and clean up after your pets, this includes excrement & pet hair. A $50 bond is required on booking and will be refunded after your stay if no damage is found or extra cleaning is required.
Booking confirmation & payment
Full payment is required on booking unless otherwise arranged.
COVID Policy
Any bookings cancelled due to COVID will be refunded minus a $20 administration fee. If you transfer your booking there will be no charge.
Guest numbers & Beds/rooms used
If you use extra bedding, sofa beds, bedrooms or have extra guests stay without notifying the property owners you will be automatically charged the additional rates as per our tarriffs.
Cancellation policy
Payment is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the booking date, however a $50 cancellation fee will be charged, if after this time we cannot re let the room you will be charged the full amount.
Non-availability of accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund monies paid by you for your booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Allocated rooms
You are sent a room number on your booking confirmation. Management may change this room number at any time up to your checkin time.
Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Room departure
Please vacate your room by 10.00am, unless otherwise arranged.
Cleaning
Please leave your room clean & tidy on departure. If an excessive clean is required this will be billed to your credit card after departure.
No Smoking Policy
Please do not smoke in the rooms, if you do you will be billed a $150 cleaning fee. There are ash tray outside the rooms & in the garden areas for you to smoke.
Damage, breakage, lost keys, theft
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the accommodation or its contents including the original artworks. We ask that you report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we will charge your credit card or send you an invoice for repair if the damage or breakage is significant. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $10 replacement fee. Theft of items will be charged for at the replacement value.
Books, Magazines & Children’s toys
These are for your enjoyment while you visit us, please do not remove from the rooms.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Credit cards
Customer credit card details are kept confidential.
Privacy policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored securely on our computer. With your permission we will contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
